Permaculture Ambassadors Conference

Many people are creating a brighter future for their communities, caring for the earth and for each other, whilst living within nature’s limits.

How do we share these practical solutions with more people to enthuse and inspire them?

The Permaculture Ambassadors Conference is a chance to meet, share knowledge and good practice, and to network. There is space for up to 90 participants to spend the day learning together.

A tailored programme

During the conference, Ambassadors will learn project, group and media skills. This might include for example: ways to raise funds, group decision making, and how to produce a short video to promote your cause. The final programme content will be sculpted around your needs – please book your place early and complete the skills survey emailed to you.

We would welcome apprentice facilitators – if you would like to gain more experience in leading sessions but are not confident in doing so on your own, please email us to see if you could be partnered with one of the session leaders. You may apprentice on one of the sessions in the day or all of them.

Tiered Pricing:

Permaculture believe that the benefits of connecting and learning should be available to everyone regardless of their financial or life situation.

They recognise that what is affordable for some can be a financial stretch for others and offer a tiered pricing structure. When you book, please select the price that feels appropriate for you: £22, £32, or £42. The Permaculture Association will have an inclusivity fund to help with travel costs – they are finalising the process for applying for this. Please contact them direct for details

A weekend for young activists and organisers

If you are between 18-30 years old, you should look at the weekend event 22-23 April 2017.

20 people will gather for the weekend to extend their learning, plan and organise together, with assistance from others. This is part of a fuller programme of support, as part of the Permaculture Ambassadors project.
