Project by Maslaha & British Fencing

Maslaha has a range of projects in areas including education, gender, criminal justice and health. Their range of projects means they understand the multiple identities communities hold, and the multiple deprivations that can exist. Maslaha initiate and create spaces for people to contribute, shape and give a voice to their ideas and actions. This is an integral part of their work, their process, and enables new perspectives and interventions to be created.

British Fencing (BF) is the National Governing Body (NGB) for the Olympic Sport of Fencing in the British Isles (excluding the Republic of Ireland). Fencing is a varied and exciting combat sport and BF work with a range of community partners to provide opportunities for young people to get involved with fencing. From upskilling youth workers, community leaders and coaches, to provide young people with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, British Fencing work hand in hand with their partners to ensure the offer meets the needs of the young people they work with.
