To kick off our spring season of learning circles, we will be looking at some of the interesting work and writing from the Innovation Unit, a social enterprise that grows new solutions to complex social challenges. Some of their recent work has explored the role of 21st Century Children’s Centres as part of a broader conversation about infrastructure for early years development. In this learning circle, we will take a look at some early reflections on their work in Australia in order to get the conversation started around what we can learn for our local context here in Birmingham.
We invite you to familiarise yourself with the Innovation Unit’s reports and blog post via the links below in advance of the session. We have also included some additional links for further inspiration and welcome you to share good practice you have come across to enhance the conversation.
