Food for Thought – Year Compass with Daniel Blyden

“I have some food in my bag for you
Not that edible food, the food you eat
No, I have some food for thought.
– Erykah Badu

Food For Thought is our take on afternoon tea, an opportunity to feed our bellies and minds every Thursday here at Impact Hub Birmingham.

Join us for a time of reflection and planning as we prepare to close down 2018 with a YearCompass themed Food for Thought.

YearCompass is a booklet that helps close your year and plan the next one. In the routine of everyday life it’s easy to lose sight of your true goals and aspirations. And even though we all have dreams, only a few of us plan for them. YearCompass works simply. Using questions and exercises rooted in psychology it takes you through the past year, then helps you turn your dreams into achievable goals.

As part of our Best Year Ever season of Best Intentions, Join us to take some time to connect with other Hub members to reflect on 2018 and share your aspirations for 2019.
